The present invention relates to a mobile platform of a robot having a flipper. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile platform of a robot having a flipper comprises: a left leg assembly which includes a left top leg track and a left bottom leg track having a starting end coupled to an end of the left top leg track through a rotary shaft; a right leg assembly which includes a right top leg track and a right bottom leg track having a starting end coupled to an end of the right top leg track through a rotary shaft; and left and right flippers coupled to the ends of the left bottom leg track and the right bottom leg track respectively to be rotated through the flipper rotary shafts. As such, the present invention improves stability when the robot picks up an injured person by coupling the flippers to the ends of the bottom leg tracks.
