The present invention relates to a a stepped wave power generation device generating stable and efficient electrical energy in accordance with a flow of a wave. According to a configuration of the present invention, the present invention comprises: a support unit fixated to and installed in an upper portion of an underwater surface; a floating device moved by corresponding to a movement of a sea surface; a plurality of power generation units installed on both side parts of the floating device to comprise a first piece gear unit and a second piece gear unit receiving a rotational force of the floating device; and a plurality of rotation units enabling the power generation units installed in the support unit to be connected to each other to transmit the rotational force of the first piece gar unit and the second piece gear unit to a power generator. |
