The present invention relates to a bidirectional synchronizing system of a building information modeling (BIM) digital model and a construction site capable of fitting a BIM 3D digital model to a real building state by an execution device such as an unmanned aerial vehicle or the likes. The present invention comprises: a BIM server wherein BIM 3D digital data is stored; a plurality of execution devices which is one among the unmanned aerial vehicle to fit the BIM 3D digital data to a real construction state by being arranged in the construction site, a portable device, or a wearable device and includes a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receiver and inertial measurement unit (IMU) to grasp an indoor position, and a laser scanner odometry and an inertial measurement unit (IMU) to grasp an indoor position by a simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) technology; and a main platform to connect the BIM server and the execution device. |
