The present invention relates to an information display method. The information display method is used by a display device to employ user gaze tracking. The method includes the following steps: tracking the gaze of a user in an image when the user is sensed; displaying multiple objects, corresponding to multiple home appliances, connected to the display device through a home network, on a screen; extracting a specific object matched to the tracked user gaze among the objects being displayed on the screen; and displaying detailed information of the specific object extracted from the objects.
