1. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), the WTRU comprising:
a memory, and; a processor, the processor being configured to:
receive, via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), a transmission time interval (TTI) bundling message that enables the WTRU to support uplink TTI bundling, the TTI bundling message including a TTI bundling active/de-activate field and a TTI bundling configuration;determine a hybrid acknowledgement repeat request (HARQ) process state;determine an TTI bundling procedure using the TTI bundling message and the HARQ process state; andsend a transmission via a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) using the TTI bundling procedure. |
