The purpose of the present invention is to provide a foamed resin molding manufacturing method designed to simplify the work of setting covering material-securing clips on a foamed resin molding. The method for manufacturing a foamed resin molding that is provided in advance with covering material-securing clips comprises: a temporary fastening step for temporarily fastening clips (12) on a clip-setting jig (10); a jig-setting step for setting the clip-setting jig (10) on which the clips (12) have been temporarily fastened so that the clips (12) are positioned at specified positions on a forming die (16); a forming step for injecting foamed resin in the forming die (16) and forming a foamed resin molding (18); and a step after the formwork has been removed from the foamed resin molding (18) for removing the clip-setting jig (10) from the foamed resin molding (18).
