METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BLACK COLUMN SPACER, BLACK COLUMN SPACER, AND COLOR FILTER

Provided are a method for manufacturing a black column spacer, a black column spacer manufactured by the method, and a color filter including the black column spacer. The method for manufacturing a black column spacer includes the following steps: preparing a substrate; applying a first composition onto the substrate; forming a first organic film by vacuum-drying the applied first composition; applying a second composition onto the first organic film; forming a second organic film by heating the applied second composition; and exposing, developing, and hardening the first organic film and the second organic film.
