1. A monitoring apparatus comprising:
a controller configured to: receive at least battery condition information from a control apparatus that controls a power generating apparatus and a battery and to generate and to store a use history of the battery; generate a demand prediction for power consumed by a power consuming section for which power supply is controlled by the control apparatus; generate a power generation prediction for the power generating apparatus; determine a deterioration table indicative of a deterioration rate of the battery based on the use history; create a charge and discharge schedule for the battery based on the deterioration table, the demand prediction, and the power generation prediction; and transmit the demand prediction, the power generation prediction, the charge and discharge schedule, and the deterioration table allowing charge and discharge of the battery to be controlled. |
