The present invention provides a three chamber type high vacuum brazing apparatus which may maximize efficiency when a plurality of base materials are continuously brazed; increases productivity by minimizing deck time between a front and a rear base material, and smoothly and stably realizes operation of each of a support unit; and a transportation unit for the base material without interference even if the position of the support unit coincides with that of the transportation unit. That is, the present invention provides the three chamber type high vacuum brazing apparatus which implements a cooling chamber and a preheating chamber on both sides of a middle high vacuum brazing chamber to communicate the brazing chamber with the cooling chamber and the preheating chamber; may selectively open or seal each of the chambers wherein carriage type transportation units with wheels are symmetrically arranged in each of the preheating chamber and the cooling chamber to seat the front and rear wheels of each of the transportation unit on each of the rails fixated on the wall of the preheating chamber and the cooling chamber; forms racks in a longitudinal direction of the transportation units on both ends of an upper surface of each of the transportation units and connects the racks to pinions installed in the wall of the preheating chamber and the cooling chamber to be able to rotate by electricity; the support unit lifted and lowered by a hydraulic cylinder is installed in the brazing chamber; and a support rail positioned on the same line with the rails of the preheating chamber and the cooling chamber is installed in the wall of the brazing chamber.
