The present invention relates to a molding apparatus to prevent springback. The molding apparatus of the present invention improves a quality of a molded part and greatly improves productivity by preventing a springback phenomenon regardless of a mold condition such as a curvature radius (R) and a shape of a bending part, or material scattering and strength in a sheet forming process. The molding apparatus of the present invention comprises: a punch which is fixated to an upper mold which is elevated, and has a same shape as an inner shape of the molded part, and has an installation hole formed to penetrate an inside thereof as being partitioned by a latching projection; a punch linked pad installed in the installation hole formed in the punch, performing first pressurization and forming of the sheet placed on a die on a lower mold as being elevated by being linked with the punch under the state of being protruded to as much as a fixated height (ΔH) outward to a lower part of the punch; and a lower pad installed as being able to be elevated in the die, supporting the lower part of the sheet placed on the die during pressurization and forming of the punch linked pad.
