PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain deterioration in receiving sensitivity.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device according to an embodiment comprises an ultrasonic probe and a transformation circuit. The ultrasonic probe transmits ultrasonic waves to a subject and transforms reflected waves reflected from the subject into a reflected wave signal. The transformation circuit includes an autotransformer that transforms the reflected wave signal at a transformation ratio depending on a control signal based on information related to the ultrasonic probe, out of a plurality of transformation ratios.
