Provided are a communication control method and the like for enabling a terminal device to connect to a core network and move in a system in which multiple core networks are overlaid. A base station device receives a tracking area update request, determines a position management device to connect to on the basis of a setting in the base station device, and transmits a tracking area update request. The position management device requests information pertaining to a terminal device from the position management device to which the terminal device was corrected prior to moving, and then the position management device to which the terminal device was connected prior to moving or the position management device which received the tracking area update request from the base station device determines whether resetting of the position management device is necessary. Thus, it is possible to control which core network the terminal device connects to.
