PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece 10 that is used for suppressing bruxism and clenching.SOLUTION: A mouthpiece 10 is attached in any one of upper teeth or lower teeth. A bruxism prevention tool has a protection section 11 for protecting the teeth by coming into contact with the teeth being any other teeth of the upper teeth or the lower teeth and in a position opposed to the teeth with the bruxism prevention tool attached thereto. The bruxism prevention tool is characterized by having a pressure detection section 50 for detecting the pressure applied between the protection section 11 and the teeth in the opposed position when the protection section 11 is brought into contact with the teeth in the opposed position, and a speaker 60 for transmitting a dial tone when the magnitude of the pressure detected by the pressure detection section 50 becomes higher than a predetermined value. |
