A graphical user interface (GUI) for presenting various data files and permitting users to interact with those data files. The GUI presents a variety of file identifiers, each file identifier associated with a data file, and permits the user to interact with data files by interacting with the file identifiers associated with those data files. Embodiments of the present invention identify individual data files using a plurality of time values, typically the time of the file's creation, the time of the file's access by a user, and the time of the creation of the particular copy of the file in the filesystem (a.k.a. "upload time"). |
