PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition comprising a combination of a specific HCV NS5A inhibitor and an HCV NS3 protease inhibitor that are useful for the treatment of HCV.SOLUTION: A composition comprises a combination of an HCV NS5A inhibitor, which is a compound represented by formula (I), and an NS3 protease inhibitor, which is a specific compound comprising an isoquinoline and a proline derivative.
