PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and accurately obtain a measured value of each patch in each chart image when measuring collectively chart images displayed on a plurality of display devices respectively.SOLUTION: A display portion 4 displays, on a plurality of display devices, respective regions of chart images 8 on which a plurality of patches and a reference mark are arranged. A two-dimensional measuring instrument 2 acquires two-dimensional measuring data created by collectively measuring the chart images displayed on the display devices. A multi-display characteristic calculating portion 36 detects the reference mark from the two-dimensional measuring data, calculates the number of patches in the respective regions on the basis of results of the detection, and determines positions of the patches in the two-dimensional measuring data on the basis of the number of the patches. |
