PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of linearly connecting a trolley wire, having connection strength endurable against tension received by the trolley wire, and also easy in connection work, without bending the trolley wire, and without causing a step difference in a connection part.SOLUTION: A connector 1 of the present invention is a device for connecting a pair of trolley wires T1 and T2 having a groove Tg extending in the lengthwise direction, and comprises a fixing member 2 for holding an end part Te of the pair of trolley wires T1 and T2 and a connection member 3 for fastening the fixing member 2, and the fixing member 2 comprises an engaging part 23 for engaging with the groove Tg of the pair of trolley wires T1 and T2, and the engaging part 23 comprises a notch part 23c, and is constituted so that the engaging part 23 and an inner surface Ti of the groove Tg contact in a surface when fastening the fixing member 2 by the fastening member 3, and is constituted so that an end part 23e in the lengthwise direction of the engaging part 23 adjacent to the notch part 23c, bites in the groove Tg. |
