摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid probe for visualizing increase and neogenesis of synapse which occur in living brain, to provide an expression vector and the like in which the nucleic acid probe is incorporated, and to provide a method for visualizing synapse enhancement.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a nucleic acid probe for visualizing synapse enhancement comprising (a) a nucleic acid having a base sequence in which a part or all of 193-936 nt is deleted from a nucleic acid consisting of a specific base sequence encoding an ionic channel type receptor anchoring protein PSD-95, or a nucleic acid hybridizing to the nucleic acid under stringent conditions; (b) a nucleic acid consisting of a specific base sequence encoding a dendritic target element (DTE), or a nucleic acid hybridizing to the nucleic acid under stringent conditions; and (c) a nucleic acid encoding a reporter protein inserted between the above (a) and (b).
