The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet for cooling that satisfactorily maintains a cooling effect using the heat of vaporization of water and that can demonstrate a sustained high-level cooling effect. The adhesive sheet for cooling is formed by layering a water-containing polymer gel (A) and a fiber sheet (B) and has an amount of moisture of 585-1700 g/m2, the water-containing polymer gel (A) having a moisture content of 65-95 mass%, and the fiber sheet (B) having a thickness of 0.001-1 mm, a grammage of 3-70 g/m2, and a water absorbency test value of 1-16000 seconds. |
