Embodiments of the present invention are to provide a molten iron desulfurization method capable of easily excluding slag generated at the time of desulfurization. The molten iron desulfurization method comprises: a step of loading molten iron to a desulfurization ladle; a step of inputting quicklime to the molten iron to desulfurize the molten iron; a step of inputting a slag coagulant into the molten iron; and a step of excluding slag floating on an upper layer of molten iron, and coagulated by the slag coagulant.
