A tomography device for capturing a tomographic image of a subject (E) on the basis of interference light generated by splitting light from a light source (11) into measurement light and reference light, beaming the split light onto the subject (E) and a reference object (49), and superimposing the measurement light reflected by the subject (E) and the reference light reflected by the reference object (49), wherein this tomography device is provided with: a first image-capturing mode in which the measurement light is two-dimensionally scanned and beamed onto the subject (E), and a tomographic image of the subject (E) is captured; and a second image-capturing mode in which the measurement light is two-dimensionally scanned and beamed onto the subject (E), and a tomographic image of the subject (E) is captured. The time required for the two-dimensional scanning in the second image-capturing mode is less than that required for the two-dimensional scanning in the first image-capturing mode. Image-capturing conditions necessary to capture a tomographic image in the first image-capturing mode are adjusted on the basis of the tomographic image captured in the second image-capturing mode, and a tomographic image is then captured in the first image-capturing mode. |
