PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive carbon guided to a power storage device having high energy density.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a conductive carbon which is produced by oxidation treatment on a carbon raw material having voids and a value of a ratio S1/S2 between a specific surface area S1 of a micro hole measured by an MP method and has a diameter of 2 nm or less and a specific surface area S2 of a meso hole and macro hole measured by a BJH method and have a diameter of 2 nm-200 nm is 1.5 or more.
