PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating structure for use in an energization heating catalyst converter or an industrial furnace, in which cracking is less likely to occur even if it is used while repeating energization and heating, and small electrical components can be used.SOLUTION: In a heating structure constituted by combining a plurality of sets of silicon carbide heating elements, having a semicircular or arcuate cross-section and a large number of holes opening in the length direction, so as to have a columnar shape, electrodes are bonded to the opposite ends of each heating element, an electrode terminal is disposed on the electrode at one end of one heating element, and the electrode at one end of the other heating element, a conductive plate is inserted between two adjacent heating elements, arranged in series and selected so that a current flows therebetween, and an insulating plate is attached to a part other than plates, between the adjacent heating elements and the adjacent electrodes. |
