The present invention relates to an automatic posture change system for care bed users, which estimates the posture of a user on a care bed using an inertial sensor, estimates the posture of the user through the analysis of mechanism theory in operation and link driving mechanism of a linear actuator used in posture change of a care bed, and enables the posture of the user to be changed based on estimation results. In a care bed which is divided into a leg plate, a thigh plate, a buttock plate, and a back plate such that they are rotatable to one another. The automatic posture change system for care bed users includes: a back plate angle sensing unit which is installed at a predetermined position of the rear of the back plate, and senses a bending angle of the back plate in a predetermined distance based on the buttock plate to output the sensed bending angle of the back plate; a thigh plate angle sensing unit which is installed at a predetermined position of the rear of the thigh plate, and senses a bending angle of the thigh plate in a predetermined distance based on the buttock plate to output the sensed bending angle of the thigh plate; a control unit outputting a back plate angle adjusting signal and a thigh plate angle adjusting signal when the bending angle of the back plate and the bending angle of the thigh plate are maintained such that a bending angle of the back plate and a bending angle of the thigh plate inputted from the back plate angle sensing unit and the thigh plate angle sensing unit respectively exceed a preset time; a back plate angle adjusting unit rotating the back plate in an upper or lower direction based on the buttock plate by responding to a back plate angle-adjusting signal of the control unit; and a thigh plate angle adjusting unit rotating the thigh plate in an upper or lower direction based on the buttock plate by responding to a thigh plate angle-adjusting signal of the control unit. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of enabling a user to change his or her posture even without help from other persons such as care workers and others. |
