A fluid-heating apparatus has a first heat exchanger (9) and a second heat exchanger (11). A primary conduit (3) conveys a primary fluid through, in series, the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. A secondary conduit (5) conveys a secondary fluid through the first heat exchanger. A tertiary conduit (7) conveys a tertiary fluid through the second heat exchanger. A primary flow controller (13) is arranged to vary flow of the primary fluid through the primary conduit in response to at least one control signal from the primary, secondary and/or tertiary conduit. |
