PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finish-annealing equipment and a finish-annealing method using the equipment, with which in the case of applying the finish-annealing to a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet by using a batch-type box-shaped annealing furnace, the inhomegeneous distribution of temperature in a coil is improved, and the poor-shape and the iron-loss deterioration can be restrained.SOLUTION: The finish-annealing equipment is used in which double type structural cooling tubes having the outer tube, inserted into the coil-inner diameter part laid on a coil laying table in the upend state, and the cylindrical inner tube in the inner part of the above outer tube, and the finish-annealing is applied while cooling the outer tube by flowing cooling gas into the cooling tube of the above double tube structure. By this method, the temperature raise during heating is restrained and also, the cooling in the cooling process is promoted to improve the inhomogeneous distribution of temperature in the coil. |
