The present invention relates to a control method of a food processor, which comprises: a housing; an agitation tank inserted with food and microorganism; an upper panel equipped with multiple operation buttons; an agitation means for agitating the food and the microorganism in the inner space of the agitation tank; a deodorizing means for discharging odors and moisture generated in the agitation tank after removing the same; and a storage container for receiving and storing the fermented food discharged from the agitation tank in an agitation process by the agitation means. Particularly, the method has effects in preventing damage of a system by rapidly removing overload, which comprises the steps of: measuring the number of normal rotations of a driving pulley by a photosensor; comparing the number of normal rotations with the predetermined number of rotations; counter-rotating; measuring the number of rotations of the counterturned driving pulley by the photosensor; comparing the number of counter rotations with the predetermined number of rotations; and normal rotating again. |
