The present invention relates to a method for predicting a human behavior based on an affordance probability, and a method for establishing training plan by using the same. The method comprises: modeling a human behavior by using an effectivity exhibiting a human behavior capability and an affordance exhibiting a human cognitive behavior cause factor in an environment in which a human and an environment interacts; modeling an environment by using a state of an environment and an event according to physical laws about an environment in which humans act; calculating an execution possibility of a planning level about a plurality of affordances by using a filter based on physical and psychological costs to perform a given target; calculating a preferred possibility about an affordance of an execution level by using a real-time perception filter according to an environmental change; and inducing execution of a selective behavior to be performed by a human based on the calculated preferred possibility.
