The present invention relates to a replaceable medicated patch with stacks of a skin contact layer, a medicated patch layer without adhesion, and a support layer in contact order with respect to skin, wherein the medicated patch layer without adhesion makes a contact with skin by being placed at the opened area of the skin contact layer. The replaceable medicated patch can be attached to the skin without adhesion of the patch, and be detached from the skin without causing irritation, while being usable for a long period of time by replacing the medicated patch layer only.
