Provided are a graphics system, and a method for performing graphics processing to interpolate high-order polynomial such as a cubic spline to reconstruct missing pixel data which are not rendered. The method for performing graphics processing comprises the following steps: selecting at least one tile; selecting a sampling pattern for sampling at least one tile; rendering pixel data of at least one sampled tile; and performing reconstruction on missing pixel data which are not rendered in at least one sampled tile by using cubic spline interpolation.
