<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device in a vehicle where a shoulder anchor for hanging a seat belt is mounted onto a rear header panel constituting a rear upper part of a vehicle body, the seat belt device ensuring satisfactory restriction performance with simple configuration in front impact of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The seat belt device in a vehicle includes a rear header panel 5 which constitutes a rear upper part of a vehicle body 2 and extends in a width direction of the vehicle body 2 and of which both ends are supported on right and left walls 4 of the vehicle body 2. In one-side portion of the rear header panel 5 in the width direction of the vehicle body 2, a shoulder anchor 26 for hanging a seat belt 33 is mounted. A rigidity break point 39 is formed in a portion near a mounting part of the shoulder anchor 26 in the one-side portion of the rear header panel 5 in the width direction of the vehicle body 2, and another rigidity break point 40 is formed in the other side portion of the rear header panel 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
