The present invention relates to an injection device of a small quantity injection type food waste treatment device, capable of efficiently drying food waste and preventing a breakdown and backflow of the food waste, caused since the excessive food waste is injected. The food waste treatment device includes: a drying unit (300); and the injection device (100) connected to the upper part of the drying unit (300). The injection device (100) includes: a cover unit (140) selectively opening and closing the upper part of a hollow first injection unit (131); a rotation unit (130) located in the lower part of the cover unit (140) and which can be rotated, wherein the first injection unit (131) is located thereon; and a hollow loading unit (125) located in the lower part of the rotation unit (130) and having a second injection unit (122) which can be connected to the lower part of the first injection unit (131). Thereby, the injection device can prevent the backflow due to excessive injection of the food waste and the breakdown of the drying unit and save time and energy by immediately treating the food waste in small quantity. Also, the injection device enables a user to conveniently use the same by having a simple composition.
