The present invention relates to a blender and, more specifically, to a blender which generates a vacuum condition in a container when food, inserted and cooked in containers in various sizes, is being cooked, and thus can prevent oxidation of food materials and protect nutrients of the food materials in the cooking process. Therefore, the blender can make a color of the food look better, and enables a user to obtain cooked food which is rich and soft. According to the present invention, the blender includes: a main body unit which includes a rotation motor; a container which is installed to be attached to and detached from the main body and includes a knife blade operating in cooperation with the rotation motor therein; a container cover which includes a ventilation nozzle part having a through-hole communicating with the inside of the container and covers the container; a stand unit which is extended from one side of the main body to the upside; a connection body unit which is installed in the stand unit and has a connection nozzle part tightly connected to the ventilation nozzle part; and a vacuum pump connected to the connection nozzle part. The connection body unit can move in a vertical direction. |
