<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of ground fault repair work and reduce time required for the ground fault repair work.SOLUTION: An accident investigation device 1 comprises a charge circuit 23 and a ground fault circuit 25 exhibiting short circuit grounding function. The charge circuit 23 is connected to a charge cable 2 for charging when a charging start signal is inputted, and connection of the charge circuit 23 and the charge cable 2 is blocked and charging is stopped when a charging stop signal is inputted. The ground fault circuit 25 connects the charge cable 2 and a grounding tool 24 grounding on a ground via a grounding switch 30. The grounding switch 30 connects the grounding tool 24 and the charge cable 2 until the charge start signal is inputted, and when the charge start signal is inputted, connection of the grounding tool 24 and the charge cable 2 is blocked, and when the charge stop signal is inputted, the grounding switch connects the grounding tool 24 and the charge cable 2.</p> |
