The present invention relates to a discipline simulation for a decommissioning work of a nuclear facility. An apparatus for training a nuclear facility decommissioning operator comprises: a database in which a decommissioning work process of a nuclear facility, a plurality of scenarios associated with an accident situation during a decommissioning work of a nuclear facility, and information associated with the scenario are stored; a controller which progresses a simulation on a decommissioning work of a nuclear facility according to one of the scenarios and an user input associated with the simulation on a decommissioning work, and generates a virtual image for the progressed simulation; and at least one head mounted display (HMD) which displays the generated virtual image, receives the user input associated with the simulation and transmits the user input to the controller, wherein the controller is to generate an additional scenario to an accident situation while the simulation is being progressed and progress a simulation according to the generated scenario to an accident situation. |
