The present invention as a technique related to plant transformation, specifically relates to rice for enabling TaGlu-Ax1 which is a glutenin gene of Triticum asetivum to transform. The transgenic rice of the present invention can accumulate large quantities of Triticum asetivum glutenin proteins inside the seeds. Accordingly, a processing quality of rice can be improved by producing the rice containing large quantities of glutenin. Particularly, safe transgenic crops can be commercialized by removing an antibiotic-resistant selection marker gene.
