<p>A pod assembly and filter system is described, that is suitable for brewing a single serving of coffee, tea or other like beverages. The filter apparatus of the invention is particularly well suited for brewing drip brew or espresso coffee. The apparatus includes a fluid flow member that affectively creates a circuitous fluid turbulence to thereby maximize surface contact with contents contained within the assembly while fluid flows through the assembly.</p> |
