An escape guide device for an offshore platform is disclosed. The escape guide device for an offshore platform according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a structure which is fixed to an offshore platform; a tunnel structure which is stored in the structure in normal times and is spread from the structure to the surface of the sea to form an escape tunnel in an emergency; a sensing part which detects the verticality of the escape tunnel; a position control part which controls the end position of the escape tunnel; and a control part which controls the end position of the escape tunnel to a target position where the escape tunnel is vertical by controlling the operation of the position control part according to the verticality detected from the sensing part.
