The present invention relates to an attachment device for a musical instrument or a speaker and comprises: an object to be fixed (10) having a hole (11) wherein at least one screw rod (22) is inserted; a fixing plate (23) forming the screw rod (22) on an upper surface and fixating the screw rod (22) on a surface of a main body of a musical instrument or a speaker; a nut (25) coupled with the screw rod (22) exposed by passing through the hole (11) to fixate the object to be fixated (10); and a supporter mounted in a bottom surface of the object to be fixated (10) to transmit additional pressing pressure with a coupling force of the nut (25) and the screw rod (22) to more strongly come in contact with the surface of the main body of the musical instrument or the speaker to support the object to be fixated (10). Moreover, according to the present invention, the supporter has one or more shapes selected among a planar shape, a bar shape or a protrusion shape maintaining height of the fixing plate. |
