The present invention relates to a system for providing a menu proper for a body state by checking body rhythms, sensibility rhythms, and intellectual rhythms which are irregularly changed by biorhythm. The present invention comprises: a central server and a communications network. The central server includes a processing unit which searches the proper menu in a menu DB by using a body type and a biorhythm index as a search key after calculating the biorhythm index based on a birth date. The communications network transmits and receives information read in the central server, and the menu information searched in the central server. Each person can eat food proper for each person, and enjoys a healthy life regardless of concerns about having a disease generated according to eating the food which is not proper for each person. |
