The present invention relates to a motor-driven garlic mincing device which may be used in mincing garlic. The garlic mincing device of the present invention comprises: a driving unit having a driving motor provided therein to be driven by electric power; an operating unit provided to be attached to and detached from the driving unit, and having an operating body for mincing an object to be minced including garlic by interlocking with the operation of the driving motor in a side of the driving unit; and a cup-shaped accommodating unit provided to be attached to and detached from the operating unit. The operating unit has a cone-shaped operating body support unit mostly with a cut end. The operating body in a side of the operating unit is formed to have at least both sides which vertically rotate in an upper side of the operating body support unit. According to the present invention, a large quantity of garlic is made into fine particles, so the generation of an extract may be prevented or controlled. Also, the destruction of unique nutrition contained in garlic itself may be prevented. Furthermore, according to the present invention, for example, garlic is minced, and then a part thereof may be easily washed. |
