A health monitoring device using a mouse pad according to the present invention comprises: a mouse pad device; and a health state treating device for determining a health state of a user according to a monitoring program by receiving a wireless signal from the mouse pad device. The mouse pad device comprises: a mouse pad having a plate shape having a seating surface of a mouse, and including a wrist support unit formed in one side to support the wrist of a user; a human body sensing unit formed in a particular region of the wrist support unit, and sensing a biosignal including optical blood flow, skin resistance, and temperature of a wrist part of a user; and a biosignal treating unit for amplifying and filtering biosignals of a user sensed from the human body sensing unit, and analyzing and processing the biosignals to be transmitted as wireless signals. |
