The present invention is to provide a white organic light emitting device which ameliorates luminous abnormality of a device, and improves device efficiency and device reliability. The white organic light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first light emitting part which includes a first light emitting layer between a first electrode and a second electrode, a second light emitting part which includes a second light emitting layer on the first light emitting part, and a charge generation layer between the first light emitting part and the second light emitting part. Metal included in the charge generation layer is 1.0% or less of the total volume of the charge generation layer.
