Disclosed are a system and method for managing a diabetic patient. The system for managing a diabetic patient comprises: an injection device for transmitting an injection content inspection request by a first operation for a button unit, and transmitting an injection history renewal request by a second operation for the button unit; and a user terminal for generating inspection response information obtained by inspecting first injection content information included in the injection content inspection request by referring to pre-stored patient information, blood sugar measurement information, and past insulin injection data when the injection content inspection request is received from the injection device connected through a near-field communications technique, transmitting the generated inspection response information to the injection device, and renewing and storing pre-stored injection history information by using second injection content information included in the injection history renewal request when the injection history renewal request is received. |
