A high-speed rotating machine is disclosed. The present invention comprises: a case; a balancing unit connected to the case in a state in which a dynamic balance of the balancing unit is already adjusted and configured to rotate in order to compress or expand air to be supplied to the outside; a gear box connected to the case; and a bull gear connected to the gear box and inserted into the balancing unit in order to be connected to the balancing unit and to transfer a rotational force of the gear box to the balancing unit.
