The present invention relates to an integrated abutment bridge and a construction method thereof. The integrated abutment bridge includes: multiple exposure piles installed into the ground of a bridge starting point and a bridge ending point; pile connection blocks including multiple girder insertion grooves on the top and multiple pile insertion holes on the underside wherein each end of the exposure piles are inserted; multiple girders placed on the pile connection blocks to allow the ends to be inserted into the girder insertion grooves of the pile connection blocks; and an upper slab formed on the top surfaces of the pile connection blocks and the girders. The present invention is capable of shortening a construction period of a bridge and enables simple construction of the bridge. In addition, the present invention is capable of simplifying a configuration of an abutment of the bridge, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the bridge.
