A touch panel according to the present invention comprises: a substrate divided into a valid region and a non-valid region; a sensing electrode formed in the valid region, and sensing a first input; a touch electrode formed not to overlap the sensing electrode in the valid region, and sensing a second input; a first wire formed in the invalid region and connecting one end of the touch electrode; a second wire formed in the invalid region, and connected to the other end of the touch electrode; and a control unit connected to the second wire, and controlling the touch electrode. The first wire is connected to a plurality of touch electrodes, and the second wire may connect each of a plurality of touch electrodes to the control unit.
