The present invention relates to a hyaluronidase (HAase) inhibitor including a Styrax japonica extract as an active ingredient, and an anti-inflammation and anti-allergic composition including the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a natural material-derived anti-inflammation and anti-allergic composition including a natural material-derived Styrax japonica stem extract as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a hyaluronidase inhibitor including a Styrax japonica stem extract searched from 500 kinds of natural extracts is included, so side effects may be remarkably reduced, compared to tranilast, indomethacin, aspirin, etc. Moreover, an excellent inhibiting function is ensured, so the present invention may be variously used as an inhibitor against allergy and inflammation reaction induced by hyaluronidase and may be usefully utilized in developing a filler assisting agent and novel medicine having a local anesthetic effect.
