The present invention provides a method for producing a food composition having excellent functions by improving a conventional soymilk producing process using soybeans as a raw ingredient. Moreover, according to the present invention, a material causing bad smells and heat flavors in a beverage product using conventional soymilk as a base is analyzed and identified, so bad smells and heat flavors generated during processes are removed. Accordingly, the method has excellent functionality.
