摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing herb porridge which is aimed to quickly provide fresh and natural herb by applying herb to porridge and reducing time for manufacturing the porridge by preparing porridge rice, a base material for the porridge, in advance. The method includes the steps of: (A) preparing 55-65 parts by weight of herb by mincing the herb; (B) preparing 370-400 parts by weight of the porridge rice, 11-13 parts by weight of rice powder, 500-600 parts by weight of vegetable broth without salt and meat broth, 11-13 parts by weight of sesame oil, and 5-7 parts by weight of soybean paste and inserting the same in a cooking vessel; (C) spreading the porridge rice with a pressing tool while content in the cooking vessel is heated to be 90-100°C and then repeatedly agitating the porridge rice to mix the rice powder, the broth, the sesame oil, minced shiitake mushrooms well; (D) inserting and heating the herb in the cooking vessel; and (E) adding 2.5-3 parts by weight of salt when the content in the cooking vessel starts to be boiled and boiling the content to become thick at a certain concentration.
